On this page, you will find a showcase of my skillfully crafted Hand Drawings, Digital Drawings, and Acrylic Artworks. I take great pleasure in illustrating characters and capturing the essence of individuals through portrait paintings (examples of these are available upon request).

My Process

Research

Gathering ideas and information about my subject.

This process ranges from gathering information from Online Searches, or Book resources, and creating mood boards, mindmaps, or design documents to help create a reference guide for the artwork that will be made.

Sketching

Quick drawing of ideas, normally hand-drawn or using basic shapes to get a simple layout of what the artwork will look like. This is a key moment to experiment with poses, design the layout, and to even block out some colour palettes.

Creation

This Stage changes depending on the media that is being used. Generally, this stage involves cleaning up sketches and creating initial line work, followed by adding in layers of colour, then highlights and shading.

Consulting

Once a piece has reached this point it is ready to submit to the client as the final product.

However, this isn't the only time a client would see the piece, as they would have chosen the sketch they wanted, and had input on any changes to the initial line work, or colour choices.
