We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and are here to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free.
Shipping & Delivery
Original Artworks
Original pieces can only be purchased directly through Scott Bassett. Shipping for these one-of-a-kind works will need to be discussed before purchase, to ensure safe handling and appropriate delivery options. Local pickup in Whittlesea, Victoria, can be arranged by appointment.
Prints & Merchandise
Prints and merchandise are currently available exclusively through third-party print-on-demand services. As such, delivery timeframes and packaging may vary depending on the provider and your location. Please refer to their estimated shipping details at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Original Artworks
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and made with care. As such, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not offered. If you have any concerns before purchasing, you're encouraged to reach out to discuss details, shipping, and care instructions.
Prints & Merchandise
Items purchased through print-on-demand services follow their individual return and refund policies. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the problem through the provider.
Privacy & Safety
Your privacy is important. We only collect the personal information needed to fulfil orders and communicate with you. Your data is never sold or shared, except as required to complete your purchase (e.g., with postal or delivery services). All transactions are processed securely using trusted payment platforms.
